THE MANAGER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Effective date: July 20, 2026 Document version: 2026-07-20 The Manager’s social features are for accountability, encouragement, collaboration, and constructive support. These rules apply to posts, comments, replies, wins, direct messages, profiles, usernames, avatars, templates, collaboration requests, challenges, and reports. Do not post, send, or promote: - Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse. - Hate, discrimination, slurs, or demeaning content based on a protected characteristic. - Sexual content, pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexualized content involving minors. - Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous acts. - Illegal content, instructions for wrongdoing, fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security. - Doxxing or private personal, health, financial, account, message, or precise-location information shared without permission. - Copyrighted, trademarked, confidential, or private content you do not have the right to share. - Spam, fake engagement, repeated unwanted messages, impersonation, deceptive claims, or manipulation of reports, rankings, or discovery. - Medical, financial, legal, or safety instructions presented as professional advice when you are not qualified to provide it. Reporting and blocking: - You can report posts, comments, profiles, and direct messages. - You can block users. Blocking removes the relationship and restricts future interaction. - Make reports in good faith. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reporting may itself lead to action. - For an immediate threat or emergency, contact local emergency services. The Manager is not an emergency-response service. Enforcement: We may filter, remove, hide, or limit content; limit reach; disable functions; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; and notify appropriate authorities when required or appropriate. Enforcement decisions consider severity, context, history, safety, legal duties, and App Store obligations. Moderation records: When an account is deleted, raw account identifiers, public names, and reporter free text are removed from retained safety records. A minimal de-identified category, disposition, and pseudonymous account marker may remain for no more than 180 days to prevent repeat abuse, ban evasion, and manipulation of the reporting system, unless a longer period is legally required. Appeals and contact: To ask about a moderation decision or report an urgent safety concern, email support@themanager-app.com. Include only information necessary to review the issue.
